Fundae – Create a subsidized class
Prerequisites
If your company meets the requirements based on Spanish legislation, you’ll be able to subsidize most of our courses and create subsidized classes.
Steps
To create a subsidized class, follow these steps:
- Click on “Classes” on the left-hand side menu in Admin.
- Click on the blue “Create class” button.
- Fill in the fields in the “Class Information” section.
- Click on the “Subsidized Class” option. If a notification pops up, read it, then click on “Understood”.
- Fill in the necessary information to notify Fundae of the course, i.e. the company CIF, the code for the training activity, and the known students. For all other information, please contact your Gamelearn CS agent for tutoring data, forum access, and other necessary information.
- Fill in the rest of the information in the “Class settings” section.
- Click on “Create class”.
You’ll be able to register a subsidized class at least 10 days in advance (so that we can send you the information in time and you can notify Fundae of the course two days beforehand, as required by the regulations).
| Important: remember that in order to receive a subsidy for your class, there must be a minimum of 10 students and a maximum of 80 students enrolled. Remember
In order to comply with current regulations, subsidized classes may be extended, but always past the deadline of the subsidy period (the final date communicated to Fundae). Remember that students who, by the end of the course, haven’t completed at least 75% of the training will not be eligible for a subsidy.

Gamelearn complies with all regulatory requirements concerning e-learning courses, and we strive to adapt to a constantly evolving regulation.
Please keep in mind that game-based learning and, therefore, our courses, are a very new training methodology that isn’t always expressly included in the official regulations.

Fundae – Documentation provided by Gamelearn
Gamelearn will provide you with the necessary documentation to keep track of classes and students.
On the Gamelearn platform, you’ll be able to obtain the following:
- Record of learners’ entries and connections to the platform: first and last connection for each participant, as well as a record of each learner’s sessions if necessary.
- Record of communications sent: start-up e-mail on the day the training begins, notifications on the how-to-play guide, course recommendations, Fundae survey (quality questionnaire), and a notification about the diplomas.
- Diplomas: each student who completes or exceeds 75% of the training will be awarded a certificate of participation, available in the “My Progress” section of the Student Campus. This diploma contains the student’s information (name, surname, and I.D. no.), the name of the company in which they’re employed, the course taken and its duration, as well as the course code (CAF), completion date, and training content.
- Fundae survey: Gamelearn will send the Fundae quality survey to all participants by email. In this email, they’ll be asked to send it on to their HR department. HR/Training.

Fundae – Course management information
Information provided by Gamelearn
Gamelearn will provide you with the necessary information so you can register our training on the Fundae website. The information provided are as follows:
- Details of the company providing the training
- Course name
- Course objectives
- Course content
- Deadlines and information on tutoring, including:
- Professional field
- Name and surname of the distance learning tutor
- Tutor’s I.D. no.
- Tutor’s phone number
- Tutor’s e-mail address
- Type of tutoring
- Type of tutor’s activity
- Total course hours
- Start date
- End date
- Tutoring schedules
- Access control data
- Access for Fundae inspection: URL
- Access key inspection (course code (CAF) once assigned)
Information you must provide to Gamelearn
In order for Gamelearn to register a subsidized class and provide you with the necessary information so that you can report the course on the Fundae website, we need to be provided with the following information:
- Estimated number of participants
- Definitive start date
- End date
- Course to be taken
Once Gamelearn provides you with all the information you need by email, you must also provide us with the CAF (the course code), so that we can add it to our system.
