Plans: Seats or Credits

Seats-based plan
A subscription consists of acquiring a number of seats that your learners can use to access the Gamelearn platform. You can manage your subscription in a number of ways depending on your needs:
Each seat will be occupied by a single person for 12 months (the subscription’s validity period). With this, you’ll have the option to give them access to the entire catalog (new games are added to the platform each year). Each subscribed learner will be able to access each course only once.
Credits-based plan and Clients
If you have a credits-based plan, access to the games and Campus is grouped by clients. By default, when you first create your account in the Editor you will have one client already created in the Admin. This is your “owner” client which serves as a private Campus that you can use for internal courses or for testing games.
How credits work:
Credits are like tokens you buy and assign to client accounts to allow users to play.
A purchase of 6 credits* will allow one player to play one game one time with prices depending on the number of credits purchased.

Note: Credits don’t expire but once assigned to a client they cannot be reassigned to another client.
When you’re ready to deliver your games to players/learners you will create clients to manage this access. You decide which games in your catalog are visible to which clients. When creating a client you decide if they will access the games via the campus or using SCORM.
*We will use “course” and “game” interchangeably throughout the article. Within the Admin, games are called “Courses.”
