Add students
You can register your students in your account so they can access the Campus without having to enroll them in a class.
Add students individually
You’re able to add individual students to give them access to the course catalog from the Admin.
Prerequisites
Have free seats or credits available.
- Log in to Admin.
- Click on the “Students” section in the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the blue “Add student” button.
- Select the “Add student” option.
- Fill in the information of the student in question (email is a mandatory field for registration).
- Click on the “Add student” button to save the information.
Add a list of students
In the Admin, you can add several students at once using a table, either by filling in the cells or by copying and pasting from another document.
Prerequisites
Have free seats or credits available.
- Log in to Admin.
- Click on the “Students” section in the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the blue “Add student” button.
- Select the “Add list of students” option.
- Fill in the cells or copy and paste the information from another document.
- Once you’ve filled in all the fields, click on the “Add student” button to save the information.
Note: An email address is required.
Enroll students from a CSV
The “Upload CSV” option allows you to add a list with a large number of students quickly and easily. You’ll find this option available whether you add your students from the “Enrollment” tab of a class (“Enroll students” button) or register them through the “Students” menu (“Add student” button).
Prerequisites
Have credits available or assigned to the client, or have available seats.
To upload your list of students in this format, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Students” section in the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the blue “Add student” button.
- Select the “Upload CSV” option.
- Download the sample CSV. This will serve as a template.
- Open the CSV file you just saved on your computer.
- Delete the sample users.
- Copy or paste your data into the table, keeping with the formatting of the columns. Email is the only mandatory field.
- Save the file, keeping the original template format (CSV). In other words, save it with the .csv extension.
- Upload the file to the platform using the “Upload CSV” option.
- Wait for the confirmation prompt that appears at the end of the upload. If an error message appears, check the document for any mistakes.
Important: Use the available templates for each upload option via “students” or via “classes”.
Note: We recommend that you use this option if you wish to upload lists of more than 100 students.

Invite students through the self-registration option
Gamelearn lets you automate student registration. When this option is activated, a registration link to the platform will be automatically generated. You can share this link with your employees, who will then be able to self-register in the class you’ve created (for the requested game and on the defined dates).
Prerequisites
Have the self-registration option activated. Contact your CSM directly to arrange this.
Steps
- Click on “Students” on the left-hand menu.
- Click on the blue “Add student” button.
- Select the “Invite students” option.
- Activate the switch button (as shown in the image below).
- Share the class link with your employees, who will receive an email to confirm their registration on the platform.
| We recommend defining valid domains for self-registration so only your employees (with a valid company email) can enroll in your class. This way, only the people you want to register will be able to register, no one else. |
Additional information
The self-registration option also allows you to create a limit for students per class as well as set alerts for when a certain number of students have enrolled (both optional).
