Survey report
The survey report allows you to generate a global report with results from students feedback, organized by the survey type they completed.
There are three types of surveys available:
- Score (NPS) – Kirkpatrick 1
- Impact and applicability – Kirkpatrick 3/4
- Self-evaluation – Kirkpatrick 2
Score (NPS) report
Usability
The “Score (NPS)” report allows you to obtain an overall report with the results of the comments received from learners who have completed a Gamelearn course. You can use the available filters to get a more accurate result (by game, class, user, and language). The information is the same as you’ll find in the “Surveys” tab in any of your classes:
- Applicability Rate
- Opinion (%)
- Recommendation rate
Access and configuration
To access the Score (NPS) report, follow these steps:Â
- Click on the “Reports” section in the left-hand side menu of the Admin panel.
- Select the “Survey reports” option.
- Choose “Score (NPS)”.
- Select the columns you want to display in your report. You can add or remove columns as needed.
- Filter and sort the information in columns by clicking the filter icon.
- Use the dropdown options to filter fields. You can also filter numeric fields using values such as: “Equals =”, “Less than <”, or “Greater than >”.
ℹ️ Always check the “last updated” date to ensure you interpret the data correctly.
Filters and customization
You can customize your report using the column selector, which allows you to add or remove columns based on your needs. Below are the available columns and their descriptions:
- Course: associated course.
- Class: class in which the student is enrolled.
- Email: student’s registered email address.
- Labels: labels associated with the student.
- Register date: student’s registration date.
- Opinion: numerical rating given to the course.
- Applicable (Yes/No): response to the applicability survey.
- All: shows both positive and negative responses.
- Yes: student found the content applicable.
- No: student did not find the content applicable.
- Comments: additional feedback on the course.
- Suggestions: suggestions provided about the course.
For numeric fields, you can filter values using:
- Equals (=)
- Less than (<)
- Greater than (>)
Click the = symbol next to the value to apply the filter.
Impact and applicability report
Usability
The “Impact and applicability” report allows you to obtain an overall report with the results of the comments received by students who have completed a Gamelearn course and who, after four weeks, have responded to the applicability survey. You can use the available filters to get a more accurate result (by game, class, user, and language).
Access and configuration
To access the impact and applicability report, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Reports” section in the left-hand side menu of the Admin panel.
- Select the option “Survey reports”.
- Choose “Impact and applicability”.
- Select the columns you want to display in your report. You can add or remove columns as needed.
- Filter and sort the information in columns by clicking the filter icon.
- Use the drop-down menu to filter the fields by whichever option you want.
ℹ️ Always check the “last updated” date to ensure you interpret the data correctly.

Self-evaluation report

he “Self-assessment” report allows you to obtain an overall report with the results of the comments received from learners who have completed a Gamelearn course and responded to the Pre and Post survey. You can use the available filters to get a more accurate result (by game, class, user, and language).
Access and configuration
To access the self-evaluation report, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Reports” section in the left-hand side menu of the Admin panel.
- Select the option “Survey reports”.
- Choose “Self-evaluation”.
- Select the columns you want to display in your report. You can add or remove columns as needed.
- Filter and sort the information in columns by clicking the filter icon.
- Use the dropdown options to filter fields. You can also filter numeric fields using values such as: “Equals =”, “Less than <”, or “Greater than >”.
ℹ️ Always check the “last updated” date to ensure you interpret the data correctly.

- Game: game completed inside or outside a path.
- Class: class in which the student is enrolled.
- Email: student’s registered email address.

- Average grade (Pre): average score from the initial survey, before starting the game.
- Average Score (Post): average score from the final survey, after completing the game.
- Improvement: percentage improvement between the Pre and Post surveys.
For numeric fields, you can filter values using:

- Less than (<)
- Greater than (>)
Click the = symbol next to the value to apply the filter.
Exporting reports
You can also export the report. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Reports” section in the left-hand side menu of the Admin.
- Select the “Surveys” option.
- Configure your report.
- Download it.
ℹ️ You will have two options: – Export current page: only what’s visible on the current page will be downloaded – Export all: the entire report will be downloaded. |
ℹ️ Downloading reports in multiple accounts: – If you manage several accounts of your client: you’ll be able to select the account in which you need to download the different reports from the drop-down menu at the top left. Reports from two accounts cannot be downloaded together. – If you manage several clients: when accessing the reports you’ll be able to see the information of all your clients and can filter by the client. |
