Usability

The activity detail report provides detailed information about students’ activity during course participation. These reports help you assess student progress and manage both subsidized and non-subsidized classes more effectively.

Access and configuration

To access and configure the activity detail report, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Reports” section in the left-hand side menu of the Admin panel.
  2. Select the “Student activity detail” option.
  3. Select the columns you want to display in your report. You can add or remove columns as needed.
  4. Filter and sort the information in columns by clicking the filter icon.
  5. Use the dropdown options to filter fields. You can also filter numeric fields using values such as: “Equals =”, “Less than <”, or “Greater than >”.

 â„ąď¸Ź Always check the “last updated” date to ensure you interpret the data correctly.

Filters and customization

You can customize your report using the column selector, which allows you to add or remove columns based on your needs. Below are the available columns and their descriptions:

  • Class: class in which the student is enrolled.
  • Subsidized: indicates whether the class is subsidized.
    • All: shows both subsidized and non-subsidized classes.
    • Yes: the class is subsidized.
    • No: the class is not subsidized.
  • Email: student’s registered email address.
  • First Name: student’s first name.
  • Last Name: student’s last name.
  • Personal ID: registered national ID number.
  • Labels: labels associated with the student.
  • Course or Path: associated course or pathway.
  • Game: game completed inside or outside a path.
  • First Connection: date and time of the first course login.
  • Last Connection: date and time of the last course login.
  • Points: score obtained while completing the course.
  • Playing time: total time spent in the course.
  • Progress rate: percentage of course completed.
  • Diploma download: indicates whether the student has downloaded their diploma.
    • All: shows both students who have and haven’t downloaded it.
    • Yes: the student has downloaded the diploma.
    • No: the student has not downloaded the diploma.

For numeric fields, you can filter values using:

  • Equals (=)
  • Less than (<)
  • Greater than (>)

Click the = symbol next to the value to apply the filter.

Exporting reports

You can also export the report. To do this, follow these steps: 

  1. Click on the “Reports” section in the left-hand side menu of the Admin.
  2. Select the “Student activity detail” option.
  3. Configure your report.
  4. Download it.
ℹ️ You will have two options:

– Export current page: only what’s visible on the current page will be downloaded
– Export all: the entire report will be downloaded.

ℹ️ Downloading reports in multiple accounts: 

– If you manage several accounts of your client: you’ll be able to select the account in which you need to download the different reports from the drop-down menu at the top left. Reports from two accounts cannot be downloaded together.
– If you manage several clients: when accessing the reports you’ll be able to see the information of all your clients and can filter by the client.
