Clear browser cache

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click on the icon with three dots or a wrench (depending on your version) found at the top right.
  3. Click on “Delete browsing data”.
  4. In the “Advanced” tab, select “All time” from the drop-down menu labeled “Time range”.
  5. Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
  6. Click on “Delete data”.
  7. Close the browser and reopen it. 

Edge

  1. Open Edge on your computer.
  2. At the top or bottom right, select “Settings” > “Privacy, search, and services”.
  3. Under “Clear browsing data” > “Clear browsing data now”, select “Choose what to clear”.
  4. Under “Time range”, choose the largest interval or the “All time” option.
  5. Decide the type of browsing data you want to delete, then select “Cached images and files”.
  6. Select “Clear now”.
  7. Close the browser and reopen it. 

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox on your computer. 
  2. In the Firefox menu, select “History” > “Clear recent history”.
  3. Select how much history you want to clear: click the drop-down menu next to “When” and choose “Everything”.
  4. Make sure history, cookies, and temporary cache fields are selected. 
  5. Click the “Clear” button.
  6. Close the browser and reopen it. 

Safari

  1. Open Safari on your computer.
  2. Click on the Safari menu.
  3. Choose “Clear history…”.
  4. Choose a time interval. To delete all previous data, select “All history”.
  5. Click on “Clear history and website data” or “Clear history”.
