Clear browser cache
Chrome
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- Click on the icon with three dots or a wrench (depending on your version) found at the top right.
- Click on “Delete browsing data”.
- In the “Advanced” tab, select “All time” from the drop-down menu labeled “Time range”.
- Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
- Click on “Delete data”.
- Close the browser and reopen it.
Edge
- Open Edge on your computer.
- At the top or bottom right, select “Settings” > “Privacy, search, and services”.
- Under “Clear browsing data” > “Clear browsing data now”, select “Choose what to clear”.
- Under “Time range”, choose the largest interval or the “All time” option.
- Decide the type of browsing data you want to delete, then select “Cached images and files”.
- Select “Clear now”.
- Close the browser and reopen it.
Firefox
- Open Firefox on your computer.
- In the Firefox menu, select “History” > “Clear recent history”.
- Select how much history you want to clear: click the drop-down menu next to “When” and choose “Everything”.
- Make sure history, cookies, and temporary cache fields are selected.
- Click the “Clear” button.
- Close the browser and reopen it.
Safari
- Open Safari on your computer.
- Click on the Safari menu.
- Choose “Clear history…”.
- Choose a time interval. To delete all previous data, select “All history”.
- Click on “Clear history and website data” or “Clear history”.
