Enrollment report
Usability
The enrollment report is the most flexible and useful report available to you. With this option, you can, for example, look up the score history of all students who have taken your classes, check who has logged in recently, and review their comments, progress, or enrollment status.
Access and configuration
To access and configure the enrollment report, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Reports” section in the left-hand side menu of the Admin panel.
- Select the “Enrollments” option.
- If you like, you can choose which information will be shown via the “Report setup” option found in the “three dots” menu at the top right. Checking “Show itemized learning pathways and individual courses” adds a column that allows you to see which courses —modules— make up a learning pathway.
- Select the columns you want to display in your report. You can add or remove columns as needed.
- Filter and sort the information in columns by clicking the filter icon.
- Use the dropdown options to filter fields. You can also filter numeric fields using values such as: “Equals =”, “Less than <”, or “Greater than >”.
ℹ️ Note: always check the “last updated” date to ensure you interpret the data correctly.
