Students report
Usability
In the student report, you will be able to see the number of courses each student has started and completed. Additionally, you will be able to view the total training hours accumulated by each student.
Access and configuration
To access and configure the student report, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Reports” section in the left-hand menu of the Admin panel.
- Select the “Students” option.
- If desired, you can set a start date and end date. These will filter the student activity based on the selected time range. For example, if you set January 1st, 2025 as the start date and September 10th, 2025 as the end date, only the activity recorded within that period will be displayed. Please note that this filter applies only to activity data. It does not affect the student status, nor does it limit the display to only those who have been active during the selected period. All students will still be shown, including those without activity in that range.
- Select the columns you want to appear in your report. You can add or remove columns as needed.
- Filter and sort the column data by clicking on the filter icon.
- Use the dropdown options to filter fields. You can also filter numeric fields using values such as: “Equals =”, “Less than <”, or “Greater than >”.
ℹ️ Always check the “last updated” date to ensure you interpret the data correctly.
Filters and customization
You can customize your report using the column selector, which allows you to add or remove columns according to your needs. Below is a list of the available columns and their descriptions:
- First Name: student’s first name.
- Last Name: student’s last name.
- Email: the email address associated with the student.
- ID Number: the registered national identity document (DNI).
- Status: indicates the student’s current status (active, anonymized, blocked, in training, or pending). This value is not affected by the date filter, as it always reflects the student’s status at the time the report is configured.
- Blocked: indicates whether the student’s account is blocked. The available options are:
- All: displays both blocked and unblocked accounts.
- Yes: the account is blocked.
- No: the account is active.
- Password created: shows whether the student has created a password. The available options are:
- All: includes both students who have and haven’t created a password.
- Yes: the password has been created.
- No: the password has not been created yet.
- Labels: labels associated with the student.
- Register date: date when the student registered.
- Number of courses started: total number of courses the student has started.
- Number of courses completed: total number of courses the student has completed.
- Number of tames completed: total number of games completed.
- Training hours: total number of training hours accumulated during the courses.
For numeric fields, you can filter values using:
- Equals (=)
- Less than (<)
- Greater than (>)
Click the = symbol next to the value to apply the filter.
Exporting reports
You can also export the report. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Reports” section in the left-hand side menu of the Admin.
- Select the “Students” option.
- Configure your report.
- Download it.
ℹ️ You will have two options: – Export current page: only what’s visible on the current page will be downloaded – Export all: the entire report will be downloaded. |
ℹ️ Downloading reports in multiple accounts: – If you manage several accounts of your client: you’ll be able to select the account in which you need to download the different reports from the drop-down menu at the top left. Reports from two accounts cannot be downloaded together. – If you manage several clients: when accessing the reports you’ll be able to see the information of all your clients and can filter by the client. |
