Accessing the Editor

Activate your creator account and log into the Editor to create your own training video games, all without having to write a single line of code. 

Steps

1. Open the email you receive from no-reply@gamelearn.io (“Log into the Editor and start creating”). 
2. Click on the blue button in the email or go to https://editor.gamelearn.io/
3. Activate your user account (“I am not a robot” option). 
4. Create your password.

Remember to check and accept the required fields. 

5. Click on “Activate your account.” 

If you’ve already activated your account as an administrator, you’ll be able to access the Editor with the same information or through the “waffle” icon at the top right of the Admin. 

Accessing the Admin

Activate your account and log into the Admin to easily manage and oversee your students’ training. 

Prerequisites

Have a profile with Admin access provided by Gamelearn. 

Steps

1. Open the email you receive from no-reply@gamelearn.io (“Activate your account and discover the Gamelearn platform”). 
2. Click on the blue button in the email or go to https://admin.gamelearn.io/
3. Activate your user account (“I am not a robot” option). 
4. Create your password.

Remember to check and accept the required fields. 

5. Click on “Activate your account.” 

ℹ️ If you’ve already activated your account as a student, you’ll be able to access the Admin with the same information.

Recovering an access password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it in a few simple steps. 

Prerequisites

Have a profile with Admin access provided by Gamelearn. 

Steps

1. Go to the Admin: https://admin.gamelearn.io/ or the Editor: https://editor.gamelearn.io/
2. Enter your e-mail address.
3. Click on “Forgot your password?”
4. Confirm your email address and click “Continue.”

You will receive an email (“Password change request”) to the address you provided.

5. Follow the steps to reset your password. 

Remember that if you change your Admin password, your Campus password will be changed as well (if you have one) and vice versa.
