Configuring iPhones to work with SCORM

If your students are going to take courses on a smartphone or tablet that uses Apple’s iOS and you have SCORM integration, keep in mind that specific settings are required for this to work properly. 

For our content to be played and run on Chrome and Safari, you’ll need to adjust the following settings in the Privacy & Security menu: 

  1. Enable “Allow cross-site tracking” in Settings > Chrome.
  2. Disable “Prevent cross-site tracking” in Settings > Safari.

To do this, instruct your students to follow these steps: 

  1. Go to Settings on their iPhone or iPad: 
  1. Scroll down to the Safari app and click on it. 
  1. Under “Privacy and Security,” you’ll find the option to “Prevent Cross-site Tracking.” Make sure to deactivate it.
  1. Go back to your browser or application and refresh the game or try logging in again.
