How seats work

A subscription consists of acquiring a number of seats that you can assign to your clients. You can also manage your subscription in a number of ways depending on your needs.

Each seat will be occupied by a single person for 12 months (the subscription’s validity period). With this, you’ll have the option to give them access to the entire catalog.

Buying seats

To buy seats, please get in touch directly with your Gamelearn representative. 

Assigning seats to a client

Prerequisites: Have the client created.

To distribute your purchased seats to client accounts, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to “My account” from the menu at the top right.
  2. In the Account tab under “Admin seats” click on “Manage subscription”.
  3. Click on “Assign seats” at the top right.
  4. Choose the client you would like to assign seats to and the number of seats to assign.
  5. You can include a reference and comments to identify this “sale” later.

Please note that if the customer has an existing active subscription, the assigned seats will share the same expiration date.

Manage customer subscription (renew/modify)

From the Admin panel, you can renew each of your customers’ subscriptions. To do so: 

  1. Go to “Clients” in the left menu.
  2. Select the client you want to review or modify the subscription. 
  3. Click on the “Subscriptions” tab. 
  4. Click on the three dots in the “Admin” panel. 
  5. Select “Renew”. 

Important: Ensure you have enough available seats to complete the renewal.

View information related to your subscription and seats

You can view all the information related to your subscription and seats from the Admin. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile initial, found in the top right corner.
  2. Click on “My account.”
  3. Go to the “Account” tab.
  4. You can check the details of your subscription here:
    • Company name, CIF, and logo
    • Type of plan
    • Available seats  
    • Subscription expiration date
  5. Click on “Manage subscription”. This section displays both the purchase of seats and their distribution among your customers.

Checking the status of seats per client

To view the status of seat allocations per client, please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to “Clients” on the left menu.
  2. Select the client you wish to view.
  3. Go to the “Subscriptions” tab. Here you’ll see the log of all seats assigned and used by this client.
